Peter Orme

Hi, my name is Peter Orme and I have been a volunteer and presenter on hospital radio for longer than I care to remember. I’m a big fan of musical films and shows which can transport you to a different world for a couple of hours.

During my Tuesday morning show I like to play a couple of show tunes as well as introducing real life fun stories and some trivial facts from years gone by just to make you say “gosh I didn’t know that”. The most important thing is to provide the listeners with a chance to forget why they are in hospital if only for a couple of hours.
